2oz Glenlivet Scotch
1oz Drambuie
Dash Luxardo Maraschino
3/4oz Rosemary simple syrup

Rinse an Old Fashioned with St. George Absinthe Verte and put two large clear ice cubes. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Shake the Glenlivet, Drambuie, Maraschino and Rosemary syrup and strain in the Old Fashioned.

Cut a small piece of lime to be served on the rim of the Old Fashioned. Squeeze a couple drop lime juice before drinking.
